Crystal Energies is a wholistic healing practice that I established in 2008.

I grew up on a dairy farm in the Otway's and developed a deep connection and love of the land, animals, plants and also the seasons and the changes that followed.

When I was 12 years old my father tragically died in front of me when we were working together on our farm and this began my search for many unanswered questions about life and it's purpose. I began reading everything I could about life and death, our purpose, why some people have healthy lives and why others were always plagued with ill health or tragedy.

From a young age I felt different to most around me. I was very sensitive and emotional and felt I did not belong in some ways, I also felt like I didn't fit in. I had a strong sense I had a job to do, I was here for a reason, but not knowing what it was I tried every natural healing modality I could find. I knew my life experiences were training me to support others but that was all I knew about my purpose. I worked as a Veterinary Nurse for a short time and then in both private and public hospitals. I could see how our attitudes and beliefs shaped our lives and wanted to know how to help myself and others to live positive, healthy and joyful lives.

I was very drawn to crystals and felt they were calling me, they were like a magnet to me. When I had my first Crystal healing I instantly knew that they were a part of my own healing journey and also my life purpose. I knew I had worked with and loved them in previous lives. I trained in crystal and vibrational healing for several years while also healing the layers of my past. I also trained in Australian Bush Flower Essences to complement the crystal healings, followed by Esoteric Healing, Healing Touch and Spiritual healing and guidance with Archangel Gabriel. I also studied Mediumship to develop a stronger connection to my ability as a medium and channel. I fell in love with Soul Link which releases the feelings connected to old memories and events so we are left only with the wisdom or learning from it. I also love to share Time Line Therapy in a very unique and powerful way. TLT allows you to go back to the time a belief or feeling about something (self or others) formed and understand why and then heal and integrate the new learning into the heart. This supports wholeness and healing. EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique) is something I use most days as it is very profound in getting deep down into the layers of past emotional events and releasing them.

I became very interested in the beliefs and programs that control us, and understanding that those programs were held at a subconscious level, I sought out techniques to impact these beliefs. This lead me to study Psych-K which provides techniques to change negative beliefs that limit us, into positive beliefs that support us. It allows you to rewrite the software of your mind.

Most recently I trained in and added to my practice 'The Emotion Code' and 'The Body Code' developed by Chiropractor Dr Bradley Nelson. This program recognizes 6 main areas of imbalance that effect us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. They are Pathogens, Toxins, Health and Nutrition, Misalignments, Energies and Circuits and Systems. Within this program and through muscle testing I can support you to recognize the cause of your ill health or imbalance in any area of your life and to release it and allow your body to return to a state of health and balance.

I am also a qualified NLP (neuro-linguistics programming) practitioner, which recognizes a connection between the neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic") and behavioral patterns learned through experience ("programming"). By recognizing these we can use techniques designed to alter our behavior and thoughts so that they positively influence and support us.

As a channel and have the ability to connect to your Soul for insight and guidance for your highest good. Clients love the message the soul shares with them for inspiration, insight and healing.

Sessions normally run for a minimum of 2 hours and cost $190.

This fee includes the I.30he I spend connecting to your soul to choose and then setting up the session prior to your arrival.

I offer sessions in person in St Leonard's Victoria and also by distance.
