The Body Code was developed by chiropractor Dr Bradley Nelson, who believes that there are six main areas of imbalance that contribute to all disfunction, illness or imbalance in our life.

These six categories are Pathogens, Toxins, Energies, Misalignments, Nutrition & Health and lastly Circuits & Systems.

By employing muscle testing we can ask the body what is the cause of illness or any imbalance. As an example if you had an infection on your foot you can ask the body what imbalance is causing this infection. You will be guided to all the causes for the infection which may include organs or glands, bacteria or other pathogens, imbalanced meridians, trapped emotions or even physical allergies. Once all the causes have been revealed and released the body is able to heal itself.

This system is fast and extremely comprehensive in its ability to uncover what our body is trying to tell us through illness. The biggest reason for many diseases or illness is trapped emotions, also called emotional baggage. If we experience an emotion that we cannot process and release in the moment, then it will become trapped and stored in our bodies. Our thoughts are energy and energy cannot and does not just vanish. It can change from negative to positive but does not just go away. If we push our feelings down they weaken our bodies and can cause or contribute to illness. It is believed that we all have at least 365 trapped emotions from throughout our life stored within us.

95% of the population have what Dr Nelson calls a 'Heart Wall'. As the heart is the centre of our being and is responsible for love and joy, if we experience heartache the subconscious mind will act to protect the heart. It gathers up excess energy from the body and builds a wall around the heart. It uses trapped emotions that are lodged in the body and buffers the heart to avoid any further heartache. This heart wall is like living in a bomb shelter. It protects us from heartache but it also blocks love and joy. In response to the heart wall the body then creates "Addictive Heart Energy", as a means to still be able to feel love and joy. This energy can drive us to shop, eat, drink or do any type of behaviour that will allow us to feel joy or love. Having your heart wall and addictive heart energy released can make a big change in your ability to give and receive unconditional love and to experience joy.

This system also uncovers unhealthy energies like curses, entities, cording between people and many other programs that may be negativley impacting you. The Body Code also has a system of protection that is uses to put a shield up around you to protect your energy. If you suffer from recurring injury or pain with no obvious reason, The Body Code will find the cause and release it quickly, easily and pain free.
